Kenny Burnap, long time sous chef at St. John’s, crosses Market Street to start a new sandwich shop in the space previously occupied by Porker's BBQ. He brings his expertise in preparing meat and accompaniments to create exciting sandwiches with fresh local ingredients.
Josh Carter, owner of St. John's Restaurant, Meeting Place and acting partner at Imbibe, has long looked forward to working with Kenny to bring sandwiches to Chattanooga that showcase the expertise and brilliance of Kenny's skill. He and his family look forward to eating Kenny's sandwiches as often as they can.
